Read this first

Two promises in the proposal have no route yet. Decide on the drive over.

1. Social automation means scheduling, not drafting The proposal says it creates and schedules the posts on its own. Drafting is easy. Scheduling to Instagram needs a posting tool, and that is a second subscription.

Either pay for one and tell him the number, or he schedules by hand from the drafts. Both are fine. Not deciding is what leaves the promise half met.

2. Email automation says drafts and sends Claude's email connector is draft only, permanently, by design. True sending needs another route and it is untested.

Deliver drafts and say so plainly. It is genuinely the safe setting, nothing reaches a customer without him seeing it. Offer real auto send as a quoted follow up.

3. The playbook does not exist Step 06 promises a short plain English playbook. He is owed a document. Do not pre write it, it has to say what you actually set up. Last twenty minutes with him, or tonight.

A "what we did not get to" list.Anything parked goes on it in front of him, so it reads as scoped rather than forgotten. Warn him about photos before he sees a draft.Two jobs need them. Output will say [NEED PHOTO]. Say it first or it looks broken. Set a follow up a month out.Check what he is actually using, and whether the $300 a month is worth raising. Start with vgc-reply It needs nothing but the profile, so it works even if every connector fails. It is your proof the voice is right before you are depending on anyone's login.

StripeOfficial connector, read and write XeroOfficial. Often lives with the accountant, ask in the first ten minutes. His emailNative connector. Drafts only, it will not send. By design. MailchimpListed as official but sources disagreed. Check it is actually there before promising it. Calendar and DriveNative, if he wants them

We have to build the connection

Gym MasterNothing in the directory, no gym software in it at all. Use bin/gymmaster.mjs. His key is SELF SERVE from his own admin, Settings then Integrations. Five minutes. Run gymmaster doctor, then categoriesDoctor checks the key works. Categories asks his account what reports actually exist. Instagram and FacebookNo official connector. Needs a posting tool, and that costs money on top of Claude. Price it in front of him.

Rules while connecting He types every password, never you. One folder, not the whole drive. Read before write. Draft rather than send. Hard thirty minutes, then anything left goes on the quoted list.

Not needed today

The API. Separate product, separate billing. He does not need it and should not be sold it.
A custom MCP server for Gym Master. Not possible, they do not publish one.
Zapier. Only if the posting or sending route needs it.
